At the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation, we believe that clear information about follicular lymphoma should be available to everyone, no matter what language you speak. That’s why our educational webinars are available on YouTube and why we want to make sure you know how to watch it in the language that’s easiest for you.
Here’s a simple guide to accessing translated captions and audio on YouTube, so you (or a loved one) can follow along comfortably.
YouTube can automatically translate the video’s captions into dozens of languages. Here’s how:Â
The captions will now appear on screen in your chosen language as the webinar plays. Keep in mind that auto-translated captions are generated by computer, so phrasing may occasionally be imperfect — but they’re a helpful way to follow the discussion.Â
Some of our webinar recordings include multiple audio tracks recorded or dubbed in different languages. If this feature is available on a specific video:Â
Not every webinar will have multiple audio tracks, but we’re working to expand this option for future recordings.Â
