Webinar: “How Close Are We to Curing Follicular Lymphoma?”

On August 17th, the FLF hosted our second webinar called “How Close Are We to Curing Follicular Lymphoma?”. We took inspiration from our recent satellite symposium which we hosted at the 17th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma in June 2023, and wanted to raise this very important topic within the FL community.

Missed the live session? Catch up now!

Dr Mitchell Smith, our Chief Medical Officer at the FLF chaired the live webinar and led an interactive discussion along with Dr Loretta Nastoupil. There was also recorded footage of Ms Nicky Greenhalgh interviewing the two clinicians. See further down for more information on our speakers.

This webinar session answered some of the most burning questions in the FL community, including:

  • What are some of the new treatments emerging?
  • What does it mean to cure FL?
  • What is stopping us from getting to a cure?
  • Would a longer remission mean a lower quality of life?

Your input matters

We value your suggestions, feedback, and topic requests for future webinars. If there’s a specific aspect of follicular lymphoma you’d like us to cover, or any other input you’d like to share, please reach out to us. We are committed to continuously improving our webinars based on your needs and interests.
