The Follicular Lymphoma Foundation (FLF) is launching the 2025 Global Follicular Lymphoma Patient Survey, our largest survey of the year, to capture the lived experiences of follicular lymphoma patients worldwide.
The survey is completely anonymous and takes just 5-10 minutes to complete.
