If you are living in the United States and have received treatment at any time for follicular lymphoma or indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), we invite you to take part in a new survey about your treatment experiences and preferences.
Your insights are incredibly valuable. By sharing your perspective, you can help drive a better understanding of what truly matters to patients.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and eligible participants will receive $50 compensation in appreciation of their time.
With your consent, your responses will be used only for market research purposes. All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and reported only in aggregated form. The Follicular Lymphoma Foundation will also use the insights to help shape future programming and support for the FL community.
