Webinar: An Overview of Follicular Lymphoma: What You Need to Know.

On May 18th, the FLF hosted our very first webinar called “An Overview of Follicular Lymphoma: What You Need to Know.” The purpose of this webinar was to help people understand follicular lymphoma (FL) better, catering to patients, their families, friends, colleagues, and supporters.

Missed the live session? Catch up now!

Chief Medical Officer at the FLF, Dr Mitchell Smith, chaired the session, guiding participants through an interactive discussion. Dr Smith was joined by two distinguished speakers, Dr Jessica Okosun and Dr Brian Hill, who  brought their expertise and knowledge to shed light on various aspects of follicular lymphoma.

This webinar session aims to help you understand the basics of FL, including:

  • What is follicular lymphoma?
  • How does it affect your body?
  • How is FL diagnosed?
  • What happens next, after diagnosis?
  • What are the treatment options?

The webinar created an engaging environment where participants actively participated by asking questions live during the session. Additionally, we encouraged individuals to submit their queries in advance through the registration form, ensuring that we addressed as many concerns as possible. If you felt that your question was left unanswered and we haven’t been in touch with you directly, then please do reach out to us.

Your input matters

We value your suggestions, feedback, and topic requests for future webinars. If there’s a specific aspect of follicular lymphoma you’d like us to cover, or any other input you’d like to share, please reach out to us. We are committed to continuously improving our webinars based on your needs and interests.
